About Us

Rocky River Presbyterian Preschool provides high-quality programming designed to meet the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of 2.5 through 5 year olds. Our philosophy of “learning through play” is backed by the American Academy of Pediatrics which states, “Play is a natural tool for children to develop resiliency as they learn to cooperate, overcome challenges, and negotiate with others. Play also allows children to be creative… it is essential that parents, educators, and pediatricians recognize the importance of lifelong benefits that children gain from play.” When children leave our school for kindergarten, we know they are ready to listen, participate, cooperate, and grow!
