Meet Our Staff

  • Kathleen Winters, Director

    “Hello and welcome to all! I am excited to serve in my second year as the director. This is my 2th year at RRPP, and I have taught the 2.5/Young 3’s, 3’s, 4’s, and Pre-K classes. For 19 year I served as the Assistant to the Director, and last year was the Assistant Director. I have an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. My husband, Bob, and I live in Fairview Park. We have 6 adult children, Bobby (wife Lisa), Mary Beth, Bryan, Michelle, Brad, Kevin, and now 5 grandsons! I am excited to meet all the families of RRPP.”

    “This is my third year at RRPP and I am very excited to be teaching the 4 day 4’s extended. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree. My husband and I have been raising our two children in Rocky River for almost 25 years. My oldest will be in grade school and my youngest is a senior at RRHS.”

    “I am a parent of 3 RRPP alumni. This is my 21st year teaching here and I’m very excited! I live in Fairview Park with my husband, Ron, and we have 3 children: Connor, 30 a firefighter; Eric, 28, a programmer analyst; and Caitlyn, 26, a Cleveland kindergarten teacher. I am looking forward to meeting your children and having a great year!”

    “I am delighted to be teaching the Enrichment class at RRPP. Although it is my sixth year at RRPP, I have spent over 40 years teaching young children and hold a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have one daughter, Amy. I am looking forward to meeting you and your children!”

    “Hello everyone! This is my 8th year at RRPP, and I am very happy and excited! Thank you for everything and my heart is with the little ones. I have a daughter, aged 14. I live in Rocky River with my family. I have a degree in Nursing and a degree in Psychology.”
