Hear from our parents…
“I toured a few preschools in the area before deciding on Rocky River Presbyterian Preschool and was immediately drawn to the child-centered approach. I now have two children there and feel comfortable dropping them off each day at a preschool that truly values kindness and supports each child individually. They very best thing about RRPP is the staff. They are not only wonderful educators but also go above and beyond to make every child feel valued in the classroom. My children love going to school each day and we feel fortunate to have the school in our community.”

“RRPP has been a wonderful preschool for both of my children to learn and grow. The teachers provided a warm and comforting atmosphere that helped my son and daughter flourish socially, academically, and emotionally. By the end of their preschool journey. they were ready to soar confidently into kindergarten. RRPP will forever hold a special place in our hearts.”

“The Carlone family has been a part of RRPP since 2014. Over the course of nine consecutive years, all three of our children attended this amazing school. When one child would leave, another one would enter. Finally, in the spring of 2023, our youngest graduated… I was beyond sad to end or journey.
Anyone who walks through the doors of RRPP instantly can feel the love and joy that takes place there. The teachers and staff are beyond caring and will always go the distance to make the children’s learning experience the best it can be. My youngest daughter was diagnosed with ADHD while in her second year. If it weren’t for her teacher’s diligence and constant concern, she would be a very different student today. Now she is in first grade and thriving thanks to her wonderful teacher!
Anyone who chooses to have their child attend RRPP has made the right choice. It’s a solid stepping stone for starting their educational journey. I can promise you they will be years filled with learning, fun, and amazing memories.”

“As an RRPP family of more than 5 years, we are eternally grateful for the impact the school has had on our children and our family. We’ve witnessed tremendous growth in our children at the hands of the patient, nurturing, and warm teachers that comprise the school. To us, the real difference maker in a school are the educators and administrators who spend time with our children each day— and RRPP’s are unmatched. The school fosters a sense of community and classrooms that are engaging, caring, and most of all, FUN! Our older daughter has moved on to grade school and still reflects fondly on her time at RRPP, wishing she could go back for more fun!”

…from our teachers…
“Rocky River Presbyterian Preschool is a very positive place for me. As a former parent of three graduates, I can say it was hard for me to leave this school. Now, as a teacher here, I love to watch the children grow. I have seen the progress from the beginning of the school year to the end, and it's incredible to see how they mature and become ready for their next chapter of learning. The best part of teaching is witnessing those ‘light bulb moments’ — when the children realize they have accomplished something they’ve been working hard to learn. It’s such a great feeling for them, and for me, getting to see it through their eyes. I’ve truly come to appreciate how much that moment means to them and how rewarding it is to witness. The children make me smile every day.”

““In 1999, when my daughter was of age to begin preschool, I toured four different preschools in the Northeast Ohio area. Rocky River Presbyterian Preschool was the best fit for our family due to the cleanliness, various spaces dedicated to different learning (as opposed to being in one classroom all day), and the calm, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff at the school. It was very important to us that our daughter had large spaces to run around and play, separate classroom spaces for learning, rooms with new activities, and dedicated staff. My daughter graduated from RRPP in the Spring of 2002. When she was preparing to leave, I found it hard to imagine leaving RRPP and the team of teachers completely. I expressed my thoughts to the director at the time and ultimately decided I needed to join the incredible RRPP staff. After 23 years of being part of the Rocky River Presbyterian Preschool, I look back at my decision to join the school as one of the best decisions I have ever made.”
